About Joanna

Since 1997, I have been passionately building a successful real estate business in Calgary working with large corporate companies and individuals . Much of my business is built on client and realtor referrals, and therefore I am able to direct my time providing outstanding customer service to my existing clients and friends. And while I have earned several awards for outstanding achievement and service, my goal is to provide you with information and guidance in order to help you make wise decisions. Whether it is a purchase or a sale,  it is one of the most important and possibly largest financial transactions you will ever make.

When the times comes to sell your home, me (and my team) provide you with a custom market analysis and marketing plan specific to your home. I have seen thousands of homes and every home is as unique as the people living in them.

Buying a home can be a stressful and confusing experience.  Whether you are looking for a house, condo or investment property, I help you navigate time lines, contracts, home inspectors, condo documents, bankers, lawyers from the beginning to the end.

On a personal note, I am a proud local Calgarian who believes in this tenacious city. I am surrounded by amazing friends , family and colleagues, who challenge me daily, question me constantly and keep me grounded. I believe life in an adventure where there are no strangers, only friends I haven’t yet met.

Away from real estate, I can either be found playing in the mountains, biking around  the city enjoying all the culture Calgary has to offer, or volunteering for The National Music Center, Creb Charitable Foundation and the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, to name a few.

If you would like to talk to me about the real estate market, or are new to Calgary and are uncertain of what this great city has to offer, please feel free to contact me anytime If I am unable to assist you , I will gladly refer you to an agent who specializes in the area you are interested in.

I look forward to hearing from you…my cell is always on.
